Made an appointment Saturday morning for Monday 9:30 for a simple eye brow wax. Went exactly at 9:30,door was locked they open at 9:00. Knocked on door a Latino women comes to unlock she is on her cell. She is only one there. I said good morning, she didn't understand one word of English. I said I have a 9:30 appointment.
