Awful experience and zero care given. I called my insurance company to locate an in network AUD I was given this office's information. I made a call and told them I had hearing loss and suffered from tinnitus. The scheduler on the phone told me that my co pay would be $10. I was also told that I had to make an appointment with the ENT first and then could see the AUD. I drove an hour. My experience with Dr. Wilson has been both educational and beneficial. Dr. Wilson is extremely knowledgeable about the human hearing apparatus and the technology that is available to correct hearing difficientcies.
