This FNP charged me for services I did not receive from her. Had my cash payment made it to my account, I would have not realized that she billed/charged me for services that did not occur. I advised that u see only Dr. Hayden or Dr. Patterson. The arrogance of this woman was unbelievable. I kept my mouth shut and did not leave a bad review until I realized she charged me for services that I did not receive. Caution: Do not make cash payments at this medical office. Twice I have made two cash payments. One a few years ago and one in June 2025. Those payments never made it to my account. Also, I would advise that you double check your bill. I was charged for a service that I did not receive from a FNP there. On my bill, I was overcharged and also an additional charge for one on one counseling for obesity for an additional $59 and some change. That never happened. I am not upset by the word obesity.
