Dr. Bay is very friendly and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explains processes so you can understand what is going on. I haven't needed to see her since she discharged me. Because I always went to my appointments early, i don't think my wait time after my appointment time was ever more than 10 minutes. I trust Dr. Bay with my life :)
I was lucky enough to have Dr. Bay perform surgery on me. My recovery was almost exactly as she predicted. Every aspect of working with Dr. Bay - diagnosis, pre-op, all of her staff, recovery, follow up visits - made the experience easy and less stressful. As my physical therapists and chiropractor said, "do whatever Dr. Bay tells you to do." There is good reason for her great reputation in town. She's the best!
Dr. Bay explained everything to me about my brain tumor in detail and answered all of my questions. She did it in a way that was reassuring during this very scary time period. She also has a great sense of humor which was comforting to me and all of my family.
