She saved my life. I had twenty years of lower right pain and I was always told I had IBS. I would get fevers, and the pain was unbearable. She performed a colonoscopy, and looked at tests from other doctors. She thought I had chronic appendicitis with flair ups that were getting worse. I had an appendectomy and the pain had been gone for 7 years. Life improved immediately.
I wanted to make an appointment and their system is to leave a message (not talk to a real person) and "someone will call you back" I called once at 1PM and once at 4:30 PM. My first call was 24 hours ago and never received a call back for an appointment.
After reviewing my blood tests a person from her office called and told me to pick up a prescription that I would be on for the rest of my life. We I questioned her, she then asked if I wanted to talk to the doctor. I said yes. She must have read the same article I read on the internet, because when she called she practically quoted the article word for word.
Extremely knowledgable, Dr. Todorczuk spends the appropriate amount of time with you to explain procedures, diagnoses and treatments. If you want someone to hold your hand and pat you on the back, bring a family member. Dr. Todorczuk is professional, considerate, and provides quality service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Her Nurse Practitioner left out important diet change information instructions I was to follow during an episode of a gut infection resulting in further damage to my gut. really careless poor follow thru. Dr Todrczuk is good but she blows you off to the nurse way too often.
Talks down to patients, doesn't have time for them, did not listen or take my symptoms seriously.
