I've been with state farm most of my life. First they no longer would do homeowners insurance in florida so had to find another. Then I ended up with this rep I have never heard from nor can you ever reach anyone in her office. Forget it if you need to put insurance on a new vehicle, they won't call you back, even when done online. So I'll be canceling my policy, if I ever reach anyone there. I was with State Farm for 27 years Janet Tillman’s office. After comparing auto insurance For the same coverage, I found that Allstate was over $1000 less expensive than State Farm,. I made a decision to go with Allstate. I had paid my premium for State Farm and approximately a week later I asked when my refund check from State Farm would be deposited. The team at Janet Tillman Insurance Agency is absolutely wonderful! Every single lady in the office was so kind, patient, and professional.
