Where does one start when someone repeatedly lies to them? Who the seller was. "An investor" not a single eldery lady. How much of her fees the seller was willing to pay. "None" instead of $4,000. "Didn't look at the comps." On and on while calling me "Friend". I would find someone has morals and who follows their legal duties. Beware!
