My premium keeps going up, I called a couple times to get some answers as to way because I have had no tickets and no traffic accidents yet my premium is reaching over 200$, like I said I called a couple times and emailed her, she has not returned a single phone call to an email, Janet Staub clearly does not care for me as a customer of state farm, I emplore everyone who does have her to find a different agent/insurance, the obviously do not care about the needs or wants of the customers, on top of that the people i did spea... read more
