Janet is awesome. I had my brows done, about 15-20 years ago, and they've faded. I went to Janet to have them redone. Janet explained every step of the process before we ever started. She then explained what she was about to do during each step of the process. I left with after-care instructions:, a follow up appointment in six weeks:, and new eyebrows. It's been one week, and they are amazing. Just as I was getting the brow pencil figured out, I don't need it any more. (one downside: now my grey brows are noticeable, lol.)
