Both Janet and her care team were kind, fun and approachable for my routine procedure.
Dr. Reiser and the entire staff at the surgical center were professional, personable, knowledgeable, caring and efficient. All of the care-providers were focused on safety and my comfort, especially my first nurse, Alex. As an HonorHealth employee, it was reassuring to see all of those in the OR take a “time-out” to acknowledge the exact procedure to be performed, right before they started. My experience with Dr. Reiser and her office was excellent from the moment I walked in the door: the greeting and care of the people at the front desk was welcoming, the professionalism and personality of every member of her team was phenomenal. Dr. Reiser is a great mix of everything you want in a doctor, too: confident, caring, curious and communicative. She listened, asked insightful questions, and went above-and-beyond when providing options for follow up care and treatment. Highly recommended.
