She listens and is thorough. 1st appointment was hard to get in and referrals were slow because she is a great doctor and I understand why the wait now.
She’s wonderful! She always listens to my concerns. I never feel like I’m just a number.
My Mother is 91 years old and has been a patient of Dr Wallace for several years, now that my mother is up in years, Dr Wallace never calls her, never responds to her questions, very inattentive.. we are looking for another doctor for my Mother.
I have been going to Dr Wallace for at least 20 years and I can say she is a wonderful caring doctor. She has taken excellent care of me the entire time.
I'd been with my last Dr (Dr Jose Ricard) since I was 9y/o~until his passing.Tried several Doc's~most made me feel like "cattle being herded"~with ? attention paid to MY Needs. Dr Wallace is Great~she spends whatever time needed, is very thorough, wants to get to the "Issue"~and correct it. She has a "way" about her (approachable, NOT a "God-complex") that puts you at ease, and you just KNOW you're in Good Hands. I'd give her 10 Stars~if I could!! The office staff is lovely, and helpful as well!
