The single most ineffective and negligent Lawyer a person could ever hire. Note to Janet: When your client is being sued for “rectification” of a separation agreement, it’s a good idea to find out first, what the other side is seeking to have rectified! Instead of launching yourself in to an unnecessary (and expensive to your client), campaign of discovery that was of no benefit to your client, did not answer the fundamental question of the lawsuit, namely what the other side was seeking to have rectified, but certainly line... read more
