Had a super good experience! Went in for an ear cleaning from very impacted wax (after the wax was pushed in further from an urgent care visit) she effortless relieved pressure and wax blockage. Very easy visit and she answered and reassured any of my concerns and I left being able to hear again! Saving her as a referral if any of my friends or family need assistance w similar issues. Thanks Doctor!
Dr. Janet Kaczor was awesome! When we first saw her, she was respectful, attentive, and kind to my four-year-old. She is very smart and to the point. This is the kind of doctor I want taking care of my kiddos. She understood our concerns, gave me confidence in the solution, and made sure my daughter was treated with care. I know there are bad reviews out there, but I'll take someone who is smart and really good in their field over someone who is soft and fuzzy any day! Thank you, Dr. Kaczor!
I was not impressed by Dr Kaczor at all. I went in to be seen due to hearing changes causing difficulties with my job. I brought in ADA paperwork to be filled out. I let the MA and the Dr know I wanted to fill this out together. The Dr took the paperwork, said that her MA would fill it out and bring it back to me after she approved and signed it. I had my septoplasty surgery about a year ago.(I was 20) I have a very hard time sleeping because of this surgery as she made it worse. She was always in a hurry to get out the door and acted like it was an easy fix. Had to schedule an appointment after my surgery as she never followed up at all. She cleared my turbinates during that appointment post surgery.. got relief for about 30 mins and I was back to not breathing out of my nose. Find a better doctor that is willing to listen and care.
I must have been the last patient of the day. Appt was rushed, didn't review options thoroughly with me. She was walking out the door as I was asking questions. Said the cyst happens in 11 out of 100 people but didn't give suggestions or see if I had questions. When discussing another issue, a brain tumor, I got the impression she thought my symptoms were psychosomatic from reading the report, when in actuality I had the pains before I even got my MRI. The tumor was found by happenstance when looking at the sinus cavity.
