She failed to treat me and I almost died in 2019, All Saints Hospital saved me by removing my infected thyroid nodule. She could not diagnose me even when the nodule was the size of an orange. She was condescending, disrespectful, and incompetent. She literally was discharging me to die.
Dr Roger’s saw my wife in the ER back in Feb 2025. We had a different experience than others. She was kind, compassionate, and checked in with my wife from time to time to keep her informed on what was going on.
Similar experience as everyone else has said here. Barely listens, treats you like you don’t know what you’re actually experiencing. Then to top it all off, would not work with a payment plan. REQUEST A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS! Unless you just want to get slapped with a large bill, no compassion, a rude doctor, and someone who doesn’t seem to care about her patient.
I had a terrible experience with this doctor. She was rude, rolled her eyes and seemed like she wasn't listening to me. I actually ended up walking out of the ER after she quickly let me know she wouldn’t help me. I asked why they even admitted me if they knew ahead of time that they couldn’t help me and was met with an answer of everyone has the right to see a doctor. That’s a joke! She is very arrogant and didn’t want to listen to me at all. My daughter finally spoke up and and she listened to her unwillingly I must say. Very rude Dr. Definitely doesn’t need to be in the ER if anywhere. I was admitted and the staff on the 5 th floor have been amazing.
