I have been going to her for a decade. She is very good at what she does and beyond personally engaging. However, I question the professional ethics of the place. You can wait up to 2 hours beyond scheduled app time. While you wait, you are bombarded with multiple people entering the room aggressively pushing expensive products. Last time I was there, 3 different people came in to force these on me, including the manager.
