It was such an odd visit. When Janet Cruz came into the room I could feel she was frustrated and annoyed. First time ever seeing her and will never go back. Very condescending I was referred to her for a colposcopy from my other GYN. She was going against what my GYN advised me to do even though her app actually agreed with my GYN. I was in tears and so confused left with no answers her bedside manners are terrible. She could have been more compassionate in explaining her opinion and not calling my situation an open pandora ... read more
La Dra. Cruz fue muy amable y paciente conmigo.
My first time here to see Dr. Cruz hands down far best MD I have met she is awesome very knowledgeable along with good bedside manners listens to all of your concerns! Appt was not rush liked some places felt she took her time to listen to me and provide best option for me definitely will be returning for all my GYN needs!!
