She made things worse between my (now ex) wife and me. Don’t waste your time or money.
Absolutely no help! It was like school and the teacher is handing out homework!
She might be good for other people, but she was not good for my wife and me. She wouldn't give us much, if any, homework or things to work. What little advice she gave, I found either confusing, or bad in general. Her words made things worse as my wife and I tried to apply what she said, and while we were trying to reconcile her advice, she dropped us as clients, leaving us to figure it all out on our own.
Janet is professional, helpful and she is also great at problem solving. She is a therapist that will listen and tell you what you need to hear. She knows her stuff well.
