God complex - Waited 3 months for an appointment and was called prior to it because Dr. Bartov decided she didn't want to work that day. They wanted me to wait another 3 months for another appointment. I was told by her fast talking, chirpy receptionist that patients wait up to 6 months for an appointment. Guess Dr. Bartov believes she's the reincarnation of Dr. House, M.D.
