They truly are there to help with and and all concerns or questions, and are always willing to contact the "sometimes not entirely helpful" Claims team, if need be, to help keep things moving forward towards a favorable resolution. I always get prompt and honest feedback to any emails I send, which is both helpful and appreciated in getting the answers I need when I need them. These ladies are fantastic. Go see them!
