That Y employee john shoved me down the stairs. Management didnt fire john for assault and battery!
I am cancelling my membership at this gym immediately. Two weeks ago, I forgot my baby's backpack, and—believe it or not—they took the trouble to donate it to Goodwill without my consent. Furthermore, the man at the front desk lacks even the most basic manners and ethics; they could have checked the security cameras to see whose backpack it was, rather than donating it elsewhere without my permission.
The Y is such a friendly place where everyone seems to know each other, or at least make an attempt to get to know someone new. I have a very energetic leader ... Rene Koep, who makes our classes very interesting and challenging, and she cares for all of us and makes sure everyone feels welcomed!
