I love the attention the staff give to my pets.
My dog and cat both go to JVC West for all their health care and we have been very happy with the care they receive. All the staff have been wonderful and seem to love their jobs and love our pets. The annual wellness exams seem careful and thorough, and they are quick to get us scheduled for any new problem visits. They also have given great over the phone triage advice that has saved us from coming in for unneeded appointments. The treatment prices are similar to other vet clinics we have been to in the area.

We love Janesville Vet Clinic and have been going here for over 30 years. We love that they are accredited with AAHA. They are amazing with all of our animals.
Last time we came here they tried to charge my husband a lot of money for my dogs antibiotic. We said,we can get it cheaper online, then they offered a different antibiotic for cheaper.. still more than other places. Today 2 cats went for a wellness exam and rabies shots over $320. No blood work done otherwise I could understand. But 1 shot each, and some belly touching to make sure they didnt have a mass. My husband called a different Vet on the way home, asked price info for the same things. We could have saved $125 going ... read more
