Hotchkiss M J Dvm - Janesville Veterinary Clinic is a rip off I would NEVER make the mistake of taking any animal to Janesville Vet ever again.. I was treated terrible and so wasnt our animals. Less then desirable
best animal hospital. The best service around. I know that my cats are getting the best possible care when I make an appointment for them with Dr. Mary. The other staff is just as helpful.
Outrageous Prices for standard care I have a Newfoundland who is a bit older and in decent health. Upon an injury to his leg , we took him into the clinic. They didn't even give him an x-ray. They did however, give him a thyroid test I didn't ask for. A catarac exam they charged $80 for, told me he didn't have cataracs, when his regular vet already determined that he does have them...the kicker? The cataracs are HIGHLY visible. Upon leaving, they almost gave me a heart attack with a $384 bill. NEVER AGAIN.
24 hour emergency help what a joke I called them at 130am my dog vomiting bile, barely able to stand.Sick as heck only to be told that I would have to wait until the vet was in at 7-8 am. Asked what to do in the mean time was told don`t know. So here I drove to Rockford,Il. he had to have a whole unit of plasma chem work etc. he almost died! The Best Clinic in Town You are crazy not to bring your pet to Dr Mike!!! He is TOP NOTCH!!! He diagnosed my pet when no other clinic could! He is wonderful with all my pets

My cat probably has mental issues now I had fallen behind on getting my cat his rabies shot so I brought him n to remedy this. The result was my cat being quarantined for 10 days because of their negligence. Instead of giving him the rabies shot right away (considering he was already agitated) they thought grooming his backside was more important. So he ended up biting one of the techs resulting in a 10 day quarantine. They did take some of the blame and didn't charge his boarding fee. When my husband went to pick him and ex... read more
