I like the Janesville VA a lot the new facility is great. The only bad thing is how frequently your primary care provider changes. I don't think that's in the VA's control though.
Really good medical care. I have no complaints. I like that they have a local clinic vs traveling to the VA hospital in Madison. The clinic takes care of >90% of my medical needs.
Called and made my appointment for my yearly physical on 8/5 for 8/28 at 8:30. Thought it was weird I didn’t get confirmation and it wasn’t showing up on myhealthevet. Lady never put it in. Glad I took the day off of work for nothing. Another Congressional for the absolute joke that the VA is.
