This driver on Hwy 41 today was aggressively driving this big rig. Tried merging into a lady that was in front of me obeying the speed limit. He was swerving had to hit his breaks to avoid rear ending another semi. Then flipped evening off while playing his arms about from his anger. Ridiculous. As a company this is not someone I would want behind the wheel and is someday going to cause a big wreck or worse.
One of your dump trucks had loose gravel/concrete flying from it and hit my windshield which cracked it. I attempted to reach someone at this location and was sent to voicemail multiple times. I finally received a call back and told the man what happened, he said I’ll talk to the driver and get back to you. He called back and said the driver stated that it wasn’t from his load and they wouldn’t be getting involved. Horrible customer service skills, guess it doesn't matter when you’re not the one with damages!
Great company, drivers were careful when they poured foundation, patios, and driveway for my house, and my neighbors.
If you see any of their dump trucks on the interstate - stay a mile back. I was about 600 yards behind one when my passenger and I started getting pelted by rocks. One of which shattered my windshield. Even with video evidence and speaking with a rep from the company (who avoided my texts and emails for a week after we spoke) doing and “internal investigation” they decided it was quote “an act of god” and they were not responsible.
