After going through insurance, I got an appointment with Janesville Hearing fairly quickly. My appointment started on-time. The personnel at Janesville Hearing were very helpful, professional and courteous. Jennifer was especially helpful and explained the hearing aid process so I could easily understand. She offered great suggestions and wasn't pushy while providing options. When my hearing aids came in, Jennifer ensured I fully understood how to wear, clean and adjust them.
