From the moment I walked in, I was treated very well. The waiting room is so warm and inviting. Everyone I spoke with was kind and calmed my frayed nerves. Doc was so sarcastic and full of jokes...to a fault. At the end, he very seriously told me he does that to help distract his patients. Well, it works. I have minimal swelling and pain. 10/10.
Dr Igor has patience and great listening skills. He knows his craft and is very detailed when explaining the procedure. He has done multiple procedures that have been pain free. He responds to hand signals if they are needed. I haven't had a complaint when the Dr Frankie said I needed a root canal I didn't hesitate to ask for Dr S at Endodontics. I had a difficult tooth and he successfully got the procedure complete with no pain during or after numbing wore off
I have major anxiety of dentist. But this procedure at this office went beyond my expectations. He is gentle and patient and has a good sense of humor to make you feel at ease. He got the job quickly with no pain and his assistant was beyond helpful as well ! Definitely recommend!!!
Dr. Sulim and his assistant were absolutely amazing! Had plenty of jokes to share! They made sure I was comfortable during my root canal! 10/10 recommend!
Clueless Karen and Nicole have no idea what they are doing. For 2 months I've been trying to get answers about claims and they have no idea. Nicole hung up on me and was very rude!! The doctor is great but his office help ruins that for the whole place! Find another provider it will save you a headache.
