I've been a patient here for 20+ years. The receptionists are kind, and professional. My doctor is a real gem. She treats me like a person, not just a patient and I am never rushed. She takes the time to look at my needs holistically, and is always aware of the latest medications and treatments. She also is collaborative in her approach which is really important to me. She's an incredibly positive, empathetic person to have in your corner.
Bette Trimble (program manager) intercepted my grievance before it went to the client rights specialist (LISA) and changed details to avoid actually addressing the issues alleged. Bette then instructed the client rights specialist (Lisa) to conclude her investigation without interviewing myself or my therapist whom is my proxy due to disability.
