I used Jane’s Total Car Care for the first time today, but it won’t be my last time. I was very happy with the excellent service, the knowledgeable staff and what I feel was a fair price. That’s a hard combination to find these days. An added bonus was that everyone I met (James, Pablo and even Jane herself) had great, cooperative and sincere attitudes which made doing business with them an added pleasure.

I can't give this place 0 stars. I have a 2025 Honda CRV, which got hit by a deer last November. My insurance company paid Jane's Total Car Care good money to fix the car. Before I dropped it off, the owner reassured me that it would look like it did before it got hit. The hood is totally crooked, the paint on the hood looks like it was sprayed with a spray can, paint is missing on the back of the hood, hood and fender doesn't match, and the headlight still hasn't been replaced when she said 45 days.
