My reservation was made by my daughter-in-law back in April. However it was not completed. One week prior to my flight, I called to confirm and I was not on the schedule.... THANK YOU to Chris he managed to find the original communication and placed me on the schedule. My driver (sorry I have forgotten his name((Chris' son)) was a joy to ride with and so helpful at the airport.
