I've been getting my pedicures here since they opened. The last time I went I told them what I wanted and confirmed the price before we started. When I went to pay she told me I have to charge you more. I told her the price is listed on the board and we discussed this beforehand. She charged me extra... They lost a customer!
Buyer Beware! I am really disappointed with the ethics of this business. In my opinion, the owner stole my money. In October 2023, my daughter in college bought me a $40 gift card as a gift. I misplaced it but frequented the business in the interim. I just found the gift stuck in a drawer 14 months later, December 2024. Planning to go in today for two pedicures and two gel manicures, I called for appointments and mentioned this gift card. I was told that it "expired" at one year and I could not use it.
