I brought my wedding dress to be altered, hemmed, and get a bustle added. Jane did a wonderful job adding designs to the dress and fixed anything I wanted adjusted in a timely fashion. She also recommended I get a petticoat to make the bottom part of my dress fuller. I would highly recommend Jane if you need alterations.
My fiancée went to pickup her dress today. She dropped it off over a week ago for alterations. She was told that it would be ready by 10AM. The dress was not touched at all during the time it was there. When asked why the dress wasn't altered at all the woman's response was that she had been busy all week. The woman then told my fiancée that she would have to come back tomorrow. My fiancée informed her that it was impossible, the wedding is in 3 days, and she has other errands to run tomorrow that she cannot reschedule... read more
