Office staff is incompetent. They'll lie and say something is a 100% covered and you'll owe nothing, only to turn around with surprise bills later from several parties they contract with that they didn't disclose. They don't check surgical windows properly for post op appointments, resulting in billing errors, and historically they sent the wrong BC script. The actual doctor was alright, failed to disclose the usage of a uterine manipulator and take pics during the operation, but overall was fine. The PA rushes patients and ... read more
Cancels appointments for patients who scheduled 3 months in advance and doesn’t find a back up physician to cover. Completely unprofessional.
I wish there to be 0 review option. The respectful Dr was the reason i ended up in loosing my baby in emergency at another hospital. Brief Reason: She mentioned herself in BSW insurance and i choose the insurance because of her as she is still registered with her on website. I booked appointment in Dec and insurance as well ( which will start from jan ). They dont have early appointments they gave me middle jan.
