Honest review. I have been going about 8 years on and off. I started with a Groupon and saw a technician who was also a nurse at a local hospital. I saw decent results all through my services with her. I then made a touch up appointment and she was not available so I saw a Caucasian lady who did me RIGHT! I was satisfied with the original tech until I was serviced by someone else. I didn't need to return for about 7 months after her. Is literally impossible to make an appointment they pick up the phone then put you on hold for 30 minutes I been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 months idk what’s going on with front desk but this is horrible
