The ladies here did a wonderful job. My Akita pup had never been to the vet before but quickly made friends with one of the Vet aides. They were thorough and happy to answer any questions my partner had for our puppy to set her mind at ease.
Our dog was very sick, called at 530 pm. Wouldn't look at her, told us to go to Madison. We've been going there for five years. 65 miles to Madison. Been happy with them till now. Very disappointed. This was an emergency! Not an emergency hospital. False advertising. They won't help you in an emergency. 3 times we had an emergency in 7 years during business hours and screwed us. Was told to go to Madison. Only emergency hospital within 60 miles.
Everyone at Dells Animal hospital that I've interacted with is helpful, compassionate and shows a sincere love of animals! I appreciate the care they give my dog! My Sadie especially loves Dr. Julie! 😉 ❤️
