I wouldn't recommend her to my horse. I didn't sit down all of the way and I'm being yelled at and called a druggie!?? I don't know why I was sent there! I was treated as if I was the scum on the bottom of her shoe. How is that help or understanding? Definitely not caring. My first visit on top of it. She didn't know me. Crude and rude to me. Janelle is thoughtful, holistic and takes time, while being on schedule, to work with me. I leave smiling every appointment.
Very disappointed in her attitude towards my interview towards my needing help. Unhelpful. Made me feel like my problems did not matter. Very unpleasant experience. Will never see her again. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
Janell is the best. She listens to what you need snd monitors your progress closely.
The absolute best! She takes her time, listens, and supports milestones. She has changed my sons outlook on school from not ever wanting to go to now lookinh foward to it. Cant recommend her enough for all mental health needs.
