I’ve been going to Dr. Donaldson for the last four years. I appreciate how she takes her time with you to really listen to your concern. I would highly recommend her.
Doctor Donaldson is professional and caring. In all my appointments with her, i have never felt rushed. She has never been dismissive. Her staff is is pleasant, and the office is clean and comfortable. I'm very picky about my doctors; I love Dr. Donaldson and am so glad I found her!
My experience with the Dr Donaldson is ok once in the office but the office is sloppy with appointments, follow up, billing, and they dont communicate well re appts and medical issues. I spoke with the team re my issues and heard excuses for poor service vs accountability or plan to improve.
