I worked as a paralegal in the same building as Janelle's office. During the years I was there, I found her to be incredibly intelligent and able to resolve difficult issues for many people. I would only note regarding the negative reviews that, as a rule, satisfied clients, of whom she has many, rarely bother to write reviews. I would have no hesitation in retaining her as my attorney should the need ever arise.
I am still suffering for her performance as my attorney, I hired her to fight for custody of my children. I asked her on 7 different occasions to remove the judge in my case because he screwed up my paperwork and allowed my wife to disappear with my kids for a year. Janelle wouldn't do it and tried to argue that she was in contempt of court but Judge Lorhman wouldn't allow her to argue that his mistake with held me from my children for a year.
