I’ve been trying to give this place a chance. Janelle Barkman, the last three visits have been nothing but dismissive of any concerns or questions, zero empathy, and zero compassion. Regardless if a patients concerns seem small or far fetched to you, your responsibility is to make your patients feel comfortable and leave feeling reassured and heard. Ultrasound tech Allison gave us a wonderful in depth experience with our baby! She answered every question and was very good about pointing everything out to us. Also loved that you can see your baby on a monitor as they are doing the scan.
