I was called by her front office staff and told my medical case was “too complicated” for her to deal with. I have a fatal lung disease, not sure why that is complicated. So she dropped me and all 5 of my family members for no reason. My insurance company was blown away and had never heard of a doctor dropping patients. If she doesn’t want to treat patients she shouldn’t be in practice. Her office also stinks, as a medical office you’d think she’d be sensitive to smells in the office for patients. All around bad experience.
Janel is great. I finally feel like I'm being heard.
