I have been ordering supplies from Janeice Products for about five now and the service has been excellent.
I placed an order in May 2020 and have yet to receive it. Very disappointed with this company. I will request my refund.
I placed an order 1 Aug 2020. Items are paid for because they withdrew the money from my account 2 days later. Its 24 Oct 2020 and I have received no update and can't get a status because there's an error when requesting a status. I just want what I ordered and paid for months ago. At least give a courtesy update to customers.
