Cancer runs in my family, so I completed a mammogram and genetic testing. After my mammogram, the physician chose to send my results through MyChart instead of calling me directly. For something this important and sensitive, I believe a phone call with compassion and clear communication should have been the standard of care. Patients deserve empathy during moments like this. Because of this experience, I canceled all follow-up appointments and will not be returning. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Excellent PCM who cares and listens to your needs in referring you to the Expertise when and where it is required. She also explains your test results to a simple need to prepare you for future recommendations. Thank you for accepting me and my Family. You are Making a Difference!
Best Prinary Care doctor I've ever had. Doesn't talk over me like many other doctors do. Makes me feel heard and always answers all of my questions. Really amazing bedside manner.
Dr. Clark has been my PCP for years and she’s a caring, understanding doctor who will take the time to listen and discuss. She’s always been inviting and supportive. She’s a great doctor.
Didn’t take her time to do a full health assessment. Do not recommend.
