12:30 apppintment. Marked us late by 8 minutes!!!! We lost a 2 hour evaluation because of negligence on a software application that clearly was having technical issues. After using a laptop, and phreesia app was reloading. We checked in 3 times and didnt get prompted to make payment like we normally do on our phone, but due to the evaluation and circumstances we decided to use laptop.
