Everyone at TSAOG was very helpful and caring. I got there early, but I was seen so quickly I didn’t have time to even open my book in the waiting room. Janean Vargas was very thorough and went over everything carefully with me and then sent me a copy of the notes n the portal, so that was extremely helpful. I highly recommend TSAOG.

Janean Vargas is highly knowledgeable about treatment options for osteoporosis and helping to select the most safe and effective treatment given the person’s unique medical history. She is very kind, empathic, and organized. She looks to the future in planning for long term treatment. She is a valuable resource.

Never will I go back! You should be able to trust your doctor. That did not happen with Dr Janean Vargas. My experience with her was the worst I have ever experienced with any doctor.

I was expecting a bone density test which I was well prepared, and when I asked about it, the people were kind of rude, specially the last person that told me she was going to call this other place and schedule me to get it done the same day. No!! She just gave me all the information for me to call and do it myself, she just made me waste my time. I didn’t appreciate being lied that way.

Janean Vargas and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Then she gave me DETAILED information about my Dexa scan that my PCP did not. I got excercise and dietary information. I feel empowered by the knowledge I gained. Very happy.
