I had parked in a spot waiting for the establishment to open when an Asian man came over to tell me I’ll get towed by staying in a spot for “ paramedics “ . I Was not aware I said no problem and moved two spaces down. I had no clue who he was nor did I see the sign on that side of the parking lot. Upon entering the two ladies in the receptionist team were kind and welcoming. Great experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and the clinic was very clean and organized. Everything went smoothly—highly recommend!
This place is amazing. I just walked in and was accepted to the rooms after a few minutes. The technicians were so friendly and the receptionist helped me a lot.A perfect place to have an ultrasound and x-ray check-up. They are precise, friendly and so helpful.I definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
Discriminated against the doctor/organization that sent me there to do a chest X-ray when having non-acute pain. No reason given other than "we don't accept people sent from X organization". Visit would have been covered financially by OHIP. Staff admitted to me that I would be accepted if sent by Black Creek Community Health Center or anywhere else instead.
The staff is disrespectful shouting at me. I waited 1 hour before they informed me that I had to make an appointment. They served who had an appointment first so I had to wait until there is an opening. The problem is had was they should have informed of this waiting period at the time I first speak with them the it's my choice if I want to wait.
