Poor communication from admin and doctor. Communication is vital for effective therapy.
I’ve been in therapy for 18 years, the last 5 with Jane. She is amazing! She is so patient and so understanding, and you can tell she really does care about you as a unique human being, not just another scheduled appointment. She’s also been great in terms of scheduling - if for whatever reason I can’t come in person, she’s been willing to do a video session. Truly one of the best out there.

I have been seeing Jane for about 2 years now and she has changed my life! I would not be the person I am today if it weren’t for her. Jane helped me get out of the cycle of my depression that I never thought I could escape and helped me find the appropriate doctor to treat my depression as well.
