My 78 years old mother had an appointment for colonoscopy on Nov 24, She is a long time pt and Dr.Vladov was allays good. BUT her assistant who help to prepared my mom for procedure was very rude and her behavior was unprofessional . She yield on my mom, pulled her hand and act like she does not want to be in a room with her.
