I give this practice 5 stars. As a senior I do not like changes but what a nice change Dr. Vilderman is, she is very kind and caring she also answered all of my questions with no rush. I also see Dr. Dillman he is just the greatest, kind and caring and most of all very knowledgeable.I would recommend this practice to anyone who has any eye issues. From the front desk , to everyone who takes care of you , they are all pleasant and kind. Thank you for making my cataract experience much better.
I had an exam in November of 2025. Purchased 2 pair of glasses February 2026. Sunglasses are great, but with the everyday I was having difficulty with the reading portion, couldn't get focused well. Got in right away. Dr.Vilderman re-examined and spent a great deal of time with me and explained well why I was having a problem. She never appeared to be in a hurry or tried to minimize my situation. Always gracious and genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend her but I am sure all of the doctors are just as wonderful to work with.
Doctor listened to my concerns and offered options for my dry eyes. Very good experience and would recommend.
Excellent care at Northwest Eye! Have literraly saved my aging vision from functional blindness!
