I have seen many councilors in the area through the years, many who claim to practice CBT. Jane is the only one who really did CBT with me. CBT, when done right, can treat an unprecedented amount of issues, and Jane does it well.

Jane seems to be a very nice person, but I was hoping to meet a counselor with the knowledge and skills to give insightful guidance. I was willing to do the work, but Jane seemed to be more interested in talking. I would recommend her to people who are interested in a nice person to talk to, but if you are looking for someone with more depth and experience in the counseling field, you may want to look elsewhere.
