I arrived at the clinic only to find that my appointment had been cancelled because I missed a confirmation call. Since I receive many calls a day and 99% of the time they are spam/scam. I only answer calls when I'm expecting something important. Although the doctor was excellent, I wasn’t comfortable with the way the receptionist handled the situation. It would have been more helpful to confirm the appointment via text message or email.
