Ultrasounds Tech needs to have better customer service skills and a adopt a better tone when speaking to clients.
Went in today for my ultrasound. The person doing it was super super rude, to me and my boyfriend I have never experienced an ultrasound so disappointing. I was supposed to be happy to see my little one instead I left upset. Never returning and don’t come here . She didn’t even allow me to see my baby.
Last Friday there was a huge violation of PHIPA. Erica the receptionist asked what’s the reason I’m having an ultrasound done and demanded me to tell her the reason a cause of injury in front of two waiting clients. Erica also threatened to accept my appointment if I didn’t tell her. Erica coerced the info out of me even though I cited there’s a PHIPA breach. I called on June 29,2024 to come early for my appointment because my baby sitter had to go to work. The receptionist told me to come in I come in at 10:55 am. Waited 3 people go before me. Then a lady shows up at 11:25 am. They took her before me. I’m asking receptionist that my appointment is at 11:30 I called and asked if I could come early you said yes come.
